Salem Women Arrested On DUI Charges: Police Log

An Epsom man as arrested on drug charges, Mass. residents arrested on shoplifting charges, an overdose was reported on Raymond Avenue.

SALEM, NH — Colin Whitmore, 23, of New Rye Road in Epsom, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2017, and charged with possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack. He was arrested at the Mall at Rockingham Park after police were sent there attempting to locate a man who was “possibly intoxicated” in a Ford pickup that was allegedly involved in “multiple hit-and-runs.”

An overdose was reported at the park and ridge on Raymond Avenue at 7:07 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the scene.

Francisco A. Collado-Duran, 32, of Osgood Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, and charged with falsifying physical evidence, willful concealment, and a warrant from another agency. Carlos LaFontaine, 47, of South Union in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:42 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for felony willful concealment – due to two prior convictions – and theft detective device remover. He was arrested at the Target on South Broadway.

April A. Torname, 50, of North Broadway in Salem, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2017, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 after a two-vehicle crash on North Broadway and Lake Street.

Ally Shanaaz, 29, of Washington Street in Boston, MA, was arrested at 12:56 p.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, for willful concealment. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Kohl’s at Cluff Crossing Road.

Paulo Henrique Couto De Souza, 25, of Middlesex Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 8:58 a.m. on Oct. 12, 2017, for operating without a valid license and a warrant. He was arrested after a crash at McDonald’s Restaurant on South Broadway.

Jessica L. Barry, 32, of Braemoor Woods Road in Salem, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2017, for aggravated DUI – passenger under 16, DUI, endangering the welfare of a child, and DUI – adult greater than 0.08. Police and Salem Fire and Rescue teams were sent to Veterans Memorial Parkway for a report of a vehicle smoking in the roadway. Later, the vehicle – which had a child inside – reportedly drove into a ditch.
