Signup for Salem Citizen Police Academy

SALEM, NH — The Salem Police Department is begun the application process for the 7th annual Citizen Police Academy. The Citizen Police Academy continues to be made possible due to a generous donation from the Salem Exchange Club. The Academy is open to residents of Salem 18 and older as well as any Salem business owner.

Classes will run on Tuesday nights from Sept. 13, 2016 until Nov. 22, 2016 with one Saturday class scheduled. Most classes will be held at the Salem Police Department between the hours of 6 and 9 p.m.

If you are interested in learning about law enforcement and getting an inside look at the Salem Police Department then this class is for you. Contact Capt. Applications may also be printed from the Salem Police Department website townofsalem.org, or picked up in lobby of SPD.

Due to limited space and high demand completed application packets must be submitted no later than Aug. 23, 2016.
