Teens Arrested for Egging a Jeep on Pelham Road: Log

Salem Police: Mass. residents charged with shoplifting and Manchester woman arrested on drug charges.

SALEM, NH - Ryan T. Shields, 37, of Hillside Avenue in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on Feb. 12, 2016, was arrested for willful concealment and bench warrant. Abdelmajid Chahri, 54, of Mystic Street in Methuen, MA, was also arrested on a bench warrant. They were arrested on warrants.

Connor Suech, 18, of Steeple View Drive in Atkinson, was arrested 11:25 p.m. on March 12, 2016, for disorderly conduct. Also arrested were at 17-year-old for disorderly conduct, a 17-year-old for unlawful activities; litter control, and a 16-year-old for unlawful activities; litter control. Police were sent to the intersection of Lowell Road and West Street for a report of an egged vehicle. A woman stated she was on Pelham Road when her Jeep Grand Cherokee was egged. She followed a vehicle she thought was involved and police located the vehicle near the Pelham town line. The vehicle was stopped and officers allegedly found eggs in the vehicle.

David Shelton, 31, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to Cluff Crossing Road to speak to a man who was allegedly assaulted, was covered in a bloody shirt, and was now near a pool of blood on the ground. Salem Fire and Rescue teams were sent to the location to assist the man and Shelton was arrested, refused bail, and taken to jail.

Kerry A. Gilbert, 39, of Westland Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on Feb. 13, 2016, a theft by deception charge (two prior thefts). She was arrested at Bob’s Store on Cluff Crossing Road for allegedly shoplifting $315 worth of items. She was released on $2,000 cash bail.

Lizzette Y. Delvalle, 35, of Union Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on Feb. 13, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park for allegedly shoplifting “$300 to $400” worth of items.

An overdose was reported at 1:45 p.m. on Feb. 14, 216, on South Broadway. The man was reportedly in a vehicle with two young children.

Kelly J. Hayes, 37, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at JC Penny on Rockingham Park Boulevard.

Anthony Long, 20, of Foster Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2016, for willful concealment after an incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Ashley J. Baiungo, 24, of East High Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. on Feb. 15, 2016, for possession of controlled drug (heroin, crack, less than 1 gram) and possession of controlled drug (marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams). Police were called to Denny’s Restaurant on Cluff Crossing Road for a report of a woman in the bathroom for about two hours. She was later arrested on the drug charges.

Arlines G. Torres, 19, of Howard Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park and bailed out on $2,000 cash bail.

Edwin F. Locke, 42, of G Street in Hampton, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2016, for theft by deception (less than $1,000) and possession of controlled drug (marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams). He was arrested after an alleged shoplifting incident at Home Deport on South Broadway. He refused bail and was transported to jail.
