Teens Arrested for Theft, Shoplifting, Assault: Log

Salem Police: Mass. man arrested on prostitution charges, man arrested on credit card fraud charges, Derry, Hampstead men arrested for DUI.

SALEM, NH - Jorge Servando-Gomez, 36, of Chestnut Street in Chelsea, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2016, for prostitution; solicit sexual contact/penetration. Police were sent to a suspicious vehicle call at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane. He was arrested and bailed on $300 cash, according to police.

Juan C. Munoz, 25, of Bennington Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested for robbery and willful concealment. Also arrested was Leydis R. Lorenzo, 27, of Lexington Street in Lawrence, MA, for willful concealment. Police were sent to JC Penny for a shoplifting report with the alleged perps fleeing the area. One of the men allegedly pushed an employee, according to the report. Police arrested the two men, they refused bail, and were held.

Barry J. O’Connell, 40, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on Feb. 2, 2016, on two counts of credit card fraud (under $1,000) and receiving stolen property (under $1,000). He turned himself in on a warrant.

Noelle Potter, 32, of Lexington Street in Burlington, MA, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2016, on three counts of possession of controlled drugs. She turned herself in on a warrant.

A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old were arrested on simple assault charges at 11:41 a.m. on Feb. 4, 2016, at Salem High School on Geremonty Drive.

Joshua M. Castonguay, 27, of Brent Street in Manchester, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs and theft by unauthorized taking. He was arrested at the police station.

David W. Partridge, 36, of Hanover Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:57 p.m. on Feb. 5, 2016, for issuing bad checks (less than $1,000). He was arrested on a warrant.

Taylor N. Harper, 21, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. on Feb. 6, 2016, for DUI-impairment, possession of a controlled drug (marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams), and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Also arrested was Edward L. Baker-Brunke Jr., 24, of Jack Rabbit Run in Hampstead, for DUI-impairment. Police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway for a report of an accident with a vehicle striking a fire hydrant. Water and Highway departments were also called to the scene.

[Redacted], was arrested at 2:47 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2016, for simple assault. She was arrested on a warrant. She was arrested again at 11:35 a.m. on Feb. 7, 2016, for possession of a controlled drug (marijuana, hashish, less than 5 grams).

A 16-year-old girl was arrested for willful concealment at 5:01 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2016, at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Jonathan S. White, 20, of Methuen Street in Dracut, MA, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2016, for willful concealment. Also arrested was a 17-year-old juvenile. They were both arrested at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.

Stephen D. Burton, 28, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2016, for willful concealment, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of prescription drugs. Also arrested was David Mitchell, 31, of Roy Street in Raymond, for willful concealment and possession of a controlled drug. They were arrested after an alleged shoplifting incident at Lowes on South Broadway. Burton was released to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant; Mitchell was transported to Parkland Medical Center after being arrested.

A 16-year-old girl was arrested at 5:34 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2016, for theft of services (less than $1,000) allegedly involving a cab driver that reported after dropping of a girl at Rite Aid on South Broadway, she allegedly stated she had no money to pay the fare. She was arrested and her mother came to pick her up.

Jason M. Coelho, 35, of Broad Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 4:01 a.m. on Feb. 8, 2016, for second-degree assault; strangulation, resisting arrest or detention, two counts of criminal mischief, and two counts of domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime/injury. Police were sent to the Park View Inn on South Broadway for a report of a domestic with a man leaving the area on foot. Officers searched the area and also called in a K-9 unit. The man was found in the woods and arrested. He was later transported to the Parkland Medical Center.
