Tewksbury, Mass., Man Arrested On Reckless Conduct, Public Alarm Charges: Salem Cop Log

Hampstead woman arrested on felony stolen property charge; Salem teen faces reckless operation charge; Beverly man faces breach charges.

SALEM, NH — Adam Timothy Campbell, 35, of Home Street in Beverly, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on July 16, 2023, on two breach of bail charges. Seabrook police detained him on a Salem warrant.

Elisha Michael Stratton, 19, of Amesbury Street in Haverhill, MA, was cited at 9:10 p.m. on July 15 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop at Walmart on North Broadway Street.

Bonnie L. Bergan, 55, of Friendship Drive in Salem was arrested at 8:22 p.m. on July 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and suspension of vehicle registration violation after a motor vehicle stop at Dyer Avenue and Millville Street. She was released on a summons.

Argenis D. Acevedo, 28, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant at 5:36 p.m. on July 14. Police and fire were sent to Aldi on South Broadway Street for a report of someone passed out in the bushes. The person had an electronic bench warrant and was arrested. Acevedo was released on personal recognizance.

Matthew John Rice, 34, of Old Tebbetts Road in Rochester was arrested at 2:31 p.m. on July 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop at Smokers Lane on South Broadway Street.

Nancy Beth Doyon, 63, of Wash Pond Road in Hampstead was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on July 14 on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. Police were sent to McKinnon’s on North Broadway Street for a report of a shoplifting incident. The suspect, a woman, left the area. Police caught up with her in the parking lot of Walmart and she was arrested. Doyon was released on personal recognizance.

Scott James Peters, 35, of Vale Street in Tewksbury, MA, was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on July 14 on reckless conduct, criminal mischief, and false public alarm-deliver chemical or biological substance charges. He was arrested on a warrant and released on personal recognizance.

Jacob Connor Valez-Sarcione, 19, of North Main Street in Salem was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on July 14 on a reckless operation charge and uninspected vehicle violation. He was arrested on a warrant and released on a summons.

Estuardo David Pernilla, 27, of Davis Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on July 14 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 93 south and released on a summons.
