Tips Lead to Arrest of Lowell Man

Jesse Jose Morales turned himself in to Salem Police after incident at Macy's.

SALEM, NH — A Mass. man, wanted on charges, was arrested this morning after tips – and pressure – appeared to have paid off, according to police. Jesse Jose Morales, 22, of Lowell, MA, was arrested on March 27, 2017, for criminal threatening and violation a restraining order.

According to a post on Facebook last week, Salem Police asked for the public’s help finding Morales after an incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park as well as a restraining order incident. According to a post today, Morales turned himself in.

“This morning all of your tips and pressure paid off,” the post noted. “Thanks for all of your help!”

Morales was processed, released on $750 cash bail, and due in Salem District Court at a later date.
