Vermont Man Indicted On 5th DWI Charge In Windham Incident: Superior Court Roundup

Raymond man faces gun threat charge; GA resident accused of possessing stolen car in Salem; Dover, Kingston men indicted assault charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Jody Allen Shea, 54, of Tupelo Drive in Cleveland, Georgia, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control of a 1999 Toyota Camry owned by another person in Salem on Sept. 28, 2022.

Daniel S. Sodoyer, 42, of Anita Drive in Raymond on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Epping on Oct. 20, 2022.

Chester Lewis Sylvester, 54, of New Boston Road in Kingston on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another man in the head with a wooden table leg causing a head laceration in Kingston on Dec. 6, 2022.

Kayla Inez Vasquez, 35, of Bridge Road in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on two felony forgery charges. He was accused of uttering two counterfeit checks at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Seabrook between Oct. 18, and Oct. 21, 2022.

Harry J. Wallus, 46, of Greenfield in Dover on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused of strangling and striking an intimate partner in the torso, fracturing two ribs, on Feb. 6, 2022, in Greenland.

Donald W. Wilks, 28, of Cote Circle in Raymond on criminal threatening and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of brandishing a Ruger handgun at an intimate partner or family member and saying, “might as well get arrested for something,” or words to that effect on Oct. 8, 2022, in Raymond.

Dana Winde, 34, with a last known address of Prospect Street in Exeter on a felony indecent exposure charge. In Exeter, he was accused of pleasuring himself in front of a 17-year-old and trying to get the child to watch him on Sept. 1, 2022.

Joseph Anthony Yeskis, 63, of Laporte Road in Morrisville, Vermont, on a felony aggravated driving under the influence charge. He was accused of driving on Indian Rock Road in Windham on Sept. 17, 2022, while under the influence of liquor or drugs and after previously being convicted of drunken driving four times before in Vermont (August 2020, in Washington County; June 2019 in Orange County; February 2017 in Washington County; and in Lamoille County in October 2016).
