Withrow, Wright, Pelletier, Bettencourt Win Salem Town Council Seats In Special Election
Nearly 2,500 voters cast ballots in Tuesday's special election after voters changed its structure from a board of selectmen to a council.

SALEM, NH — In the annual March town election, voters approved a proposal to switch its governing structure from a board of selectmen to a town council.
This change required a special election to add more members to the council.
On Tuesday, 2,491 voters cast ballots and elected four new council members to different term lengths. Here are the results.
