Everyone is invited to attend and participate in a Tai Chi Class and experience relaxing stretching, rhythmic movement involving both standing and walking exercises, push-hands energy work, and demonstrations of advanced Tai Chi by current students.

The Tai chi class continues until 9:00 AM, at which time students and instructors are available to answer any questions. This session is open to Adults, and no experience is needed. There is no cost for this class, and no commitment to join the school. If you have ever been curious about Tai Chi, this would be a great opportunity to experience the art first hand.
