Pair Arrested on Drug, Other Charges: Windham Police Log
Plus, Manchester men arrested for DUI and criminal threating.

WINDHAM, NH — Robert Romano, 28, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on March 31, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. He was arrested at the Windham Post Office.

Joshua Boulay, 27, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, was arrested at 10:20 on March 31, 2017, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and theft of lost/mislaid property, a felony, due to two prior thefts. Also arrested was Sabrina Richard, 29, also of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-subsequent and theft of lost/mislaid property (less than $1,000). They were arrested on Fellows Road after being called to the location for a report of a wanted person.

Matthew Praetz, 33, of Hanover Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:58 p.m. on March 29, 2017, for criminal threatening-conduct. He was arrested on Fellows Road.
