Alleged Drug Dealers, Strangler, and Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, probation officer indicted for allegedly firing gun a vehicle, convicted Manchester thief arrested again for theft as well as assault.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Jamie Boilard, 26, of Pierce Road in Raymond, for three counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, methandrostenolone, and marijuana, two of them felonies, allegedly on April 26, 2016, in Raymond.

Jennifer Bonner, 37, of Hersey Lane Newmarket for issuing bad checks, allegedly on Jan. 6, 2016, in Newington, allegedly drawing a $4,925 check on Citizens Bank made payable to car dealership when there were insufficient funds.

Geoffrey Booker, 28, Wendover Lane in Raymond, of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, felony, allegedly on April 19, 2016, in Brentwood.

Joshua Boulay, 27, of Claire Street in Manchester, for felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking and simple assault. On May 9, 2016, in Epping, he allegedly slapped another person and removed merchandise from Walmart after previously being convicted twice of theft.

Shatryce Bowen, 37, of Manchester Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, allegedly in December 2015 in Salem.

Susan Bowman, 34, of Laconia, for felony receiving stolen property, for allegedly retaining a Dodge Dart from Enterprise Rent-a-Car on May 1, 2016, in Salem.

Artie L. Brown, 27, of Highland Avenue in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin, subsequent offense, allegedly on March 12, 2016, in Salem.

Maria Burgess, 53, of Collette Drive in Hampstead, for second-degree assault, a felony, and simple assault. On July 1, 2016, in Hampstead, she allegedly strangled and assaulted another woman.

Chelsi Burke, 28, of Spruce Street in Manchester, for accomplice to sale of a controlled drug and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl, all felonies. On March 29, 2016, she allegedly aided Tara Starr and Carol Vasquez by driving them to a reported drug deal in Salem.

David Burris, 37, of Academy Road in Pembroke, for two counts of felony reckless conduct. In December 2015, he allegedly discharged a firearm at a vehicle twice in Raymond. Burris is a probation-parole officer at the state prison in Concord, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
