Sheriffs Arrest Alleged Heroin Dealer

Jose M. Cutoen, 33, of Saunders Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest on Aug. 14, 2015, for failure to appear on a rev hearing on a marijuana possession charge.

James E. Curit, 30, of New Dam Road in Sanford, ME, was arrested on Aug. 14, for failure to appear at a heroin possession charge as well as heroin possession, cont premises where drug was kept, and DUI-drugs.

William J. Johnson, 38, of Rocky Point Road in Pittsfield, was arrested on Aug. 13, for bail jumping, second warrant for failure to appear at a habitual offender, and DWI-fourth and subsequent offense.

Greg A. Thibodeau, 43, of Summit Avenue in Somerville, MA, was arrested on a judge’s order for VOP on two theft counts. He was arrested on Aug. 13.

Samantha Donahue, 24, of Rockingham Road in Derry, was arrested on Aug. 12, for first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault.

Timothy M. Brace, 38, of Dallas Drive in Dracut, MA, was arrested on Aug. 12, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a fraudulent use of a credit card charge and a bench warrant from Hampton District Court for acts prohibited.

Steven A. Vantassel, 44, of Hunkins Street in Center Ossipee, was arrested on Aug. 11, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge and possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Keith P. Butzien, 30, of Curtice Avenue in Concord, was arrested on Aug. 10, for deferred sent violation on a resisting arrest charge.
