Sheriffs Arrest Teen on Burglary Charge

Rockingham County Sheriffs recently arrested the following people:

Brian B. Harrison, 29, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood, was arrested on Dec. 10, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution of court fees on a receiving stolen property charge.

Cameron A. Fortinberry, 26, of Eleanor Avenue in Standish, ME, was arrested on Dec. 10, on judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of methamphetamine charge, false report, and bail jumping on a possession of methamphetamine charge.

Ryan R. Nimblett, 30, of Pratt Street in Boston, MA, was arrested on Dec. 9, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution on a burglary charge.

Robert M. Busook, 24, of Burlington Avenue in Wilmington, MA, was arrested on Dec. 9, for VOP on possession of buprenorphine and VOP on receiving stolen property charges.

Jonathan M. Balamotis, 25, of Pollard Road in Plaistow, was arrested on Dec. 9, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP New Hope on an arson charge.

Michael P. Matte, 45, of Hampshire Drive in Nashua, was arrested on Dec. 8, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an operating while being a habitual offender.

Jonathan T. Remy, 19, of Millstream Drive in Atkinson, was arrested on Dec. 7, on a judge’s order to arrest on a failure to appear on a burglary charge.

Elizabeth L. Fitzgerald, 30, of Pickering Street in Essex, MA, was arrested on Dec. 7, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment on a possession of fentanyl charge.

Francesco Mamone, 37, of Harris Avenue in Hampton, was arrested on Dec. 7, on seven theft counts.
