Sheriffs Make More Heroin Possession Arrests

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following individuals recently:

Jonathan S. Cunningham, 29, of Evelin Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on May 11, 2015, for failure to appear in drug court on a possession of heroin charge.

Cedric A. Ross, 34, of Maple Street in Dover, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a sale of heroin charge. He was arrested on May 11.

Susan H. Carlberg, 48, of Route 27 in Raymond, was arrested on May 11, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle charges.

Tucker H. Cockerline, 25, of Marshall Road in Kingston, was arrested on May 11, on a Laconia warrant for simple assault.

Jennifer Seile, 43, of Rockland Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on May 11, for delivery of articles prohibited.

Joshua G. Pike, 29, of Blueberry Lane in Laconia, was arrested on May 9, for def sentence violation on a heroin possession charge.

Katie Lee Hartford, 35, of Coburn Woods in Nashua, was arrested on May 8, for def sent on a control premise where drug kept charge.

Shawn T. Gilley, 31, of Rona Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on May 8, on a judge’s order to arrest, VOP, new hope violation on a burglary charge.

Nastassja D. Nedeau, 29, of Daville Road in Kingston, was arrested on May 7, on a violation of probation/parole on a forgery charge.

Michael J. Powers, 28, of Grove Street in Reading, MA, was arrested on May 7, for violation of probation/parole connected to receiving stolen property and theft by deception charges.

Theodore L. Constantinos, 46, of Pawtucket Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on May 7, on a warrant.

Michael J. Pandelena, 33, of Circuit Drive in Kingston, was arrested on May 7, on two counts of delivery of articles prohibited and extradition authority for Kingston on a first-degree assault charge.

Ryan M. Hoess, 25, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, was arrested on May 7, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an arraignment for theft and seven counts of forgery.

Kurt E. Costello, 46, of Christopher Lane in Fremont, was arrested on two counts of delivery of articles prohibited on May 7.

Martin Kelly, 31, of Lynwood Street in Plaistow, was arrested on May 7, on a fugitive from justice charge from Charlotte County So-Punta Gorda, FL.
