Windham, Londonderry 2022 Primary Recounts Lead To No Result Changes

Finalists for the Rockingham District 17 and 35 floterial seats will move on to the November general election.

CONCORD, NH — Two more recounts have been completed but led to no change in results from the September 2022 primary.

On Tuesday, the Rockingham 35 Republican race, covering Londonderry and Windham, was recounted. According to the unofficial returns, Julius Soti held a three-vote lead over Roger Fillio.

When the recount was completed, Soti gained six votes, securing the victory, while Fillio gained one.

The Rockingham 17 Republican seat, representing Windham, was also recounted.

Charles McMahon, Bob Lynn, and Daniel Popvici-Muller easily won the top three slots out of four. The unofficial returns showed a 36-vote difference between fourth-place finisher Katelyn Kuttab, who was expected to advance to the final, and fifth-place finisher Cynthia Finn.

After a recount, the results did not change: McMahon and Popvici-Muller had the same result as did Finn. Lynn lost one vote, while Kuttab gained two.
