Windham Man Arrested in Salem
Darryl A. Rodger was arrested outside of Walmart on North Broadway.
Darryl A. Rodger, 54, of Mountain Village Road in Windham, was arrested at 12:34 p.m. on Aug. 10, on two counts of disorderly conduct and reckless conduct.

He was charged after police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway for a soliciting complaint and obstructing the flow of traffic. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.
