Woman Arrested on Shoplifting Charge

Nathan H. Tapply, 38, of South Main Street in Bristol, was arrested on Oct. 9, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a habitual offender charge.

James M. Zito, 29, of Warrington Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Oct. 8, for VOP on a receiving stolen property charge.

Paul Rathe, 28, of Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham, was arrested on Oct. 7, for VOP on a heroin possession charge.

Amanda Crowell, 41, of Portsmouth Avenue in Seabrook, was arrested on Oct. 7, on an order to arrest for a violation of a court order.

Stephen A. Foti Jr., 30, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 7, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a plea for possession of cocaine.

Timothy J. Palladino, 35, of Crestwood Road in North Reading, MA, was arrested on Oct.7, for failure to appear on a bail jumping charge, theft by deception, and a bench warrant on a willful concealment charge.

Robert M. Eastman, 47, of Harvard Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 7, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on an operating while being a habitual offender charge.

Jarred L. Brisbos, 23, of Deer Run Circle in Kingston, was arrested on Oct. 7, on a credit card fraud charge issued by warrant from another agency.

Larrs Svenson, 22, of Brookside Terrace in Atkinson, was arrested on a violation of a court order charge on Oct. 6.

Dawn S. Russo, 40, of Blackwater Road in Rochester, was arrested on Oct. 6, on a judge’s order to arrest, VOP, on a shoplifting charge.
