Woman Arrested on Shoplifting Charge
Plus, Mass. men arrested for theft, receiving stolen property, other charges, while a Nottingham man was arrested for heroin possession.

Nathan H. Tapply, 38, of South Main Street in Bristol, was arrested on Oct. 9, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a habitual offender charge.
