3. Sea Girt - 08750

The Monmouth County borough of Sea Girt places at No. 70 on the national ranking with a $1,892,000 median sale price, according to the study. Bordering popular shore towns such as Manasquan and a population of just under 2,000, it's no wonder why the 1.46-square-mile area outranks New York's Purchase (No. 88), Connecticut's Fairfield (No. 94) and even cities like Boston (No. 91), San Francisco (No. 95) and Los Angeles (No. 98).
