NJ School Closings As Blizzard Hammers State

A blizzard, predicted to dump between one and two feet of snow across New Jersey on Sunday, is already prompting school districts to make decisions about holding classes on Monday.

The blizzard warning remains in effect through 6 p.m. Monday, the National Weather Service said.

"The most severe conditions and heaviest snowfall will occur tonight, with snow gradually tapering off during the daytime on Monday. Record-breaking snowfall totals are possible," according to the National Weather Service.
