If you're headed to an outdoor event, Friday and Saturday will be filled with sunshine and high temperatures in the 80s. There's a chance of rain and thunderstorms on Sunday, so consider checking social media to make sure the event hasn't been postponed or canceled.

'Jersey City Birds' Art Show - Hoboken (June 7): As part of the "JC Fridays" quarterly art shows held in Jersey City, the Jersey City Birds group is displaying local artists' photographs and other renderings of birds seen in the area.

Cultural Festival & Food Truck Rally - West Windsor (June 8): The 12th annual Cultural Festival & Food Truck Rally will include live music and traditional dance performances, authentic food trucks, a beer garden, art demonstrations, heritage crafters, activities for children and more.

Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration - Edison (June 8): Come out for a celebration of freedom and culture at New Jersey's largest free Juneteenth festival. The event features a children's zone, live performances, vendors, voter registration, giveaways and more.

Montclair Pride - Montclair (June 8): This daylong festival spans five blocks in the heart of downtown Montclair and features hours of entertainment across three stages, vendors, a beer garden, food trucks and more.

Lions Tigers & Beers Festival - Forked River (June 8-9): The Popcorn Park Animal Refuge will be open after hours for beer and wine tastings, food vendors and more.

Bayonne Hometown Fair - Bayonne (June 8-9): The Bayonne Hometown Fair will feature two stages of entertainment, vendors, ride and attractions, and more.

Strawberry Festival at Von Thun Farms - South Brunswick and Washington Twp (June 8-9): The strawberries at both locations will have strawberry picking and festival activities including hayrides, barnyard animals, and more.

Pour Into Summer Wine Festival - Lakewood (June 8-9): Sample more than 100 wines and purchase from the top vineyards across New Jersey, alongside food trucks, live bands, vendors and artisan crafters.

Sunday

Bone, Bumpers & Bagels Car Show - Morristown (June 9): This car show is a charity event, and all proceeds will go to the Pediatric Bone Health Fund to support patients at Morristown Medical Center.

Denville Garlic Festival - Denville (June 9): Denville’s first Garlic Festival will include food trucks and vendors, kids games and more. Tickets are $10 at the door.
