A new list compiled by Reader's Digest believes those looking for the perfect scoop should head to Cliff's Homemade Ice Cream in Morris County.

Located at 1475 US-46 in Ledgewood, Cliff's has been churning out delicious ice cream since 1975. With more than 60 ice cream flavors, Reader's Digest suggests visitors sit at one of the picnic tables outside and enjoy the Graham Central Station or Holy Cannoli.
