4. The 1-year-old boy who went missing from Vineland over the weekend was found in Philadelphia on Monday evening, said officials. A 16-year-old girl has been charged with kidnapping, but authorities said Tuesday she has not been located yet. (Read more on Patch.)

5. A 17-year-old girl and her two children have not been seen for more than a week, and authorities are asking the public for help locating them. Kaylani Peralta and her two children, Daniel (one) and Olivia (4 months) are believed to be in the Atlantic City area, police said. (Read more on Patch.)
