• Renderings Revealed for 216 Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey (newyorkyimby.com) — A full block along Cookman Avenue and Wesley Lake Drive in Asbury Park is slated for a new four-story, Mediterranean-style apartment building with 27 units, private terraces, a roof deck, and a 42-space garage elevated for flood protection. The project replaces a one-story commercial building and parking lot and will bring mostly two- and three-bedroom homes right by Wesley Lake, signaling another significant change to the city's core.
