WHISTLEBLOWER: Coordinated Civil Rights Abuse of Disabled Veteran & Family (Monmouth/Essex County, NJ)

Dear Mr. Murray,

My name is LaShon Anderson. I am a disabled veteran in New Jersey, and I am currently filing a series of federal and state lawsuits against 23 defendants—ranging from county jail officials to state housing directors—for what can only be described as a coordinated campaign of "Color of Law" abuse.

I have photographic and documentary evidence of the following:

• Coordinated Harassment: Internal radio logs and office records from Extended Stay America (Red Bank) showing management utilized security systems to target and harass my family, including illegal room entries while I was medically incapacitated.

• Housing Sabotage: Deliberate "housing stalking" by officials at Essex County and Garden State BVH, who transferred my housing voucher without consent and terminated benefits without a Fair Hearing, leading to the wrongful death of my medically chipped service animal.

• Judicial Obstruction: Ongoing interference by Monmouth County Court Clerks who have actively blocked my ability to file legal documents and used Sheriff Officers to intimidate me when seeking ADA accommodations.

• Medical Neglect: Systemic abuse within the Monmouth County Jail, including deliberate indifference to a life-threatening allergic reaction and the mockery of my service-connected PTSD by staff.

I have already prepared the initial pleadings (NJ Superior Court, Law Division) and have documented the "smoking gun" evidence of their internal communications. This is not just a personal grievance; it is a look into how the system in New Jersey is weaponized against the veterans it is sworn to protect.

I have attached a list of the 23 defendants and photographic evidence of the surveillance setup used against me. I am ready to provide a full timeline and additional documentation.

I am requesting an interview to bring this systemic corruption to light before more veterans are targeted.
