• Sea Isle City's beach replenishment project to start in June (downbeach.com) — Avalon is in line for future Army Corps beach replenishment funding, alongside Ocean City and Stone Harbor, as part of a broader $99 million shore protection effort. The first work will start in June in nearby Sea Isle City and Strathmere, where heavy equipment, temporary beach closures, and new sand will address serious erosion ahead of summer.
