4 Arrested In Barnegat SWAT Drug Raid: Prosecutor
Police found large quantities of heroin and cocaine in a Barnegat home, the prosecutor said.
Four people from Ocean County, including three from Barnegat, were arrested for possessing in distributing drugs, including heroin and cocaine, after a SWAT Team raided a Barnegat home Tuesday, the county prosecutor's office announced. Detectives found 1,250 glassine envelopes of heroin and about 20 grams of cocaine, the prosecutor said.
Arrests include the following, the prosecutor said:
- Ronald Lawrence, 30, of Barnegat.
- Denisha Nash, 30, of Barnegat.
- Carol Ann Budinski, 36, of Toms River.
- Leashan Coleman, 29, of Barnegat.
With a no-knock warrant, authorities entered the home of Lawrence and Nash on 465 Main St., where they arrested them both, the prosecutor said. Police later found large quantities of cocaine in Budinski's vehicle during a traffic stop, according to the prosecutor. Detectives identified Coleman as a co-conspirator in trafficking the drugs, the prosecutor said.

Lawrence is in Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing. Nash, Budinski and Coleman were released pending a future court date.
