Many thanks to Patch reader Anita Corcoran who today sent us this video of the continued cleanup efforts ongoing in the Mill Creek area following Superstorm Sandy.
AshBritt contractors continue doing the job of cleaning the hundreds of miles of coast and marshlands and Sedge islands south of the Causeway bridge.
The state's decision to use AshBritt's services for cleanup management in the days after the storm struck have come under fire for pricing issues as well as the fact that a number of politically-connected individuals, including Ocean County Republican Chairman George Gilmore, had been paid by the company as consultants.
