AtlantiCare will hold its third annual No-Shave November ‘Heroes of Hair’ fundraising campaign November 1- 30.
As part of ‘Heroes of Hair,’ the AtlantiCare Foundation encourages members of the community, providers, and staff to let their hair grow during November and donate the money that they would have spent on shaving and haircuts to the AtlantiCare Treasure the Moment Fund. Participants can grow a beard, cultivate a mustache, skip a waxing or hair appointment, or simply donate.
The Treasure the Moment Fund assists cancer patients with expenses including wigs, prostheses and more, allowing them to focus their energies on healing.
