Good morning, all. Today is Wednesday, Jan. 25.

WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON:

First up today is the latest out of the Shore Conference Tournament wrestling competition, where Barengat scored a victory at home yesterday.

Next we'll have the details on last night's planning board meeting, where a decision on an application to convert a planned senior development in the western part of the township to a mixed-age neighborhood was pushed to February.

Later today, look for a story profiling the latest Barnegat High School scholar to be accepted to an Ivy League university. Dylan Manfredi will be the first BHS alum to matriculate at U Penn come fall.

  • Teens can join in the monthly meeting of the 's Teen Writers' Guild at 6:30 p.m. today. Young writers are invited to discuss writing styles and techniques, share projects they're working on and participate in peer review and critque.
