Bellarine Hosts Improv Fundraiser at LBI Foundation

Looking for some Christmas time stress relief this Saturday night? A fun filled escape from all the shopping and wrapping and dinner prepping?
The Bellarine Theatre Company is holding their year end fundraiser celebrating a successful fourth season on December 20th at 7 p.m. at the Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts & Sciences in Loveladies with an “Improv Cabaret!”

Admission to the BYOB event is $10 per person, and patrons will enjoy light refreshments and amazing entertainment. The show will feature a family-friendly presentation of improvisational acting a la the hit TV show “Whose Line Is It Anyway” featuring Artistic Director Jessica Evans, SRHS Improv Teacher Jim McCabe, and some of the cast of our most recent production, “Bat Boy: The Musical.”
The evening will also feature musical performances from some of our company members.

In addition to the food and entertainment, audience members will have the opportunity to win prizes from local businesses such as Old Causeway, Starlight Performing Arts, What The Flash Photography, and more!

Those who also bring a non-perishable food donation to the event will be entered into a door prize drawing. The food donations will benefit the Holy Spirit Episcopal Church’s Food Pantry.

In addition, we will be announcing our much anticipated upcoming 2015 production season.
