A SEAT ON THE AISLE FOR KYLE: Decide for yourself, a photo from the local event........some find it stunning.
Published photos of an "orb" at local event.
I am certainly not used to writing a "blog", actually this is my very first attempt. So please, no critics at this time. I just felt this was a "warm feeling" story that should be shared with those in the local community.
On Wed. May 16th there was an event held at Barnegat High School called "A Seat on the Aisle for Kyle". It was put together by my son, Matt Cox and other High School students in order to try and raise funds in the name of Kyle McGetrick. Kyle, as you may recall, was the 12-year-old boy who passed away recently after a 7-year battle with cancer.
The event went well but admittedly was not well attended. The students didn't stop and went ahead with a wonderful night of music for a group mainly consisting of friends and family members. After the event I wanted to make sure to take some photos of the students who participated. Like most parents do, I insisted on taking the same shot twice "just in case". Well as it turned out, I am glad I took that second photo.

I am not about to tell people what I captured on that camera. After we had arrived home that evening my son wanted to post a few pictures on Facebook and thank people. When we looked at the photos we were surely puzzled. On the first photo there didn't appear to be anything unusual, just a group of students who performed that evening.
The second revealed something a bit more. In the center of the picture, directly above the heads of the students there was a distinct "blue" round object; for lack of a better term, let's call it an "orb". If one takes a closer look at it, it looks like a small ball of energy.

A friend of mine looked at it and forwarded a copy to another friend in a local radio station who is familiar with these type of things. He in turn showed it to a woman who has been a founding member of a New Jersey Paranormal Group. This woman stated that 99% of all so called "orbs" are easily explained as dust, moisture, flashback or bugs. She told him that this particular photo was stunning. I didn't wish to put anything out on this until I had spoken with the McGetrick family. It was my belief that they had been through enough, and unless they were aware of this and gave their approval I would not make this public. On Friday May 18, I spoke with Kyle's father at "Relay for Life" and gave him copies of the photos. He was quite happy to see what was captured on my camera.
I am no expert by any means and, if anything, I am quite a cynic when it comes to things like this. I have no idea what that small ball of energy might be. All I can say is "decide for yourself."
