Ban the Gun ooooppps Bra.

On August 21 the Associated Press reported a 26-year old Siberian woman faces a 15 year prison sentence for strangling her 65-year old neighbor with her bra. This is yet another example of the effect of worldwide negligence of bra control. 

Rational proposals limiting the size and strength of bras are ignored due to the influence of the National Bra Association. Jane Eversag, President of the Bill Clinton Campaign to Prevent Bra Violence, said “It is time we took a new look at the growing instances of bra injuries though out the world.” Ms. Eversag noted that untrained bra manipulation is the major cause of inner car injuries in the world today. “Untrained individuals are injured daily when attempting unauthorized access to bras. Others are experiencing hand and eye injuries when attempting to unhinge this complicated device.” She called for the immediate banning of the sale and distribution of any “A” cupped bra. “There is no rational need for the support provided by these bras; the time to act is now.” 

Wilber Liftem, President of the National Bra Association, said “The right for women to support their bodies is sacrosanct. A woman's right to her body must be affirmed and those fighting these rights attack the very core of personal liberties. Bras do not kill or injure, People do.” He claims injuries would decline drastically if people would read the instructions that come with the bra and practice in the safety of their homes before attempting unlit manipulation of the device.

The Bill Clinton Campaign to Prevent Bra Violence was founded after an angry White House aid tried to injure the former president with her bra after he ruined her new dress. 

The National Bra Association is a lobbying organization representing bra manufacturers.
