Why have Catholics stopped attending Mass?

A survey/questionnaire on why Catholics have stopped attending Mass being conducted by The Diocese of Trenton.

As a life long Catholic, I have noticed various changes in The Catholic Church. Many of these changes have been great. Lately, however, Many people have noticed one thing as have I. Attendance at Mass is dropping. In some Parishes it is dropping at a somewhat rapid rate.

Here in The Diocese of Trenton Bishop O' Connell would like some feedback. He and his advisors are asking all those who are Catholic and do not attend Mass to complete a simple survey. This survey is designed to learn why people have left the church. Everything you answer will be kept confidential. The results of this survey/questionnaire will help parishes serve their congregations more effectively.

If you have any concerns here in Barnegat and Manahakin at St. Mary's and St. Mary's of the Pines I urge you to please contact Msgr. Ken, our Pastor or one of our Parochial Assistants to express your concerns. Msgr is interested in finding out the results of this survey and has asked me to blog it and post the website here on Barnegat Patch. Once again all information is kept confidential within the Diocese of Trenton. Thank You for participating and may God bless you all.
