LBI Historical Association & Museum Golf Outing Fundraiser

The Long Beach Island Historical Association & Museum (LBIHA) is proud to announce a special 50th Anniversary Fundraiser Golf Tournament, to be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at the prestigious LBI National Golf & Resort. This landmark event invites the community to enjoy a day of premier golf and camaraderie, with all proceeds dedicated to vital capital improvements for the Association’s historic museum building built in 1882.

Tournament Details & Golfer Experience

The event features a full day of amenities on a championship-caliber course. Registration begins at 11:30 AM, followed by a 1:00 PM shotgun start. Registered golfers will enjoy:

  • On-Course Amenities: Access to the driving range, putting green, golf carts, and a provided lunch.
  • High-Stakes Challenges: A chance to win a 2026 JEEP from Manahawkin Jeep in the Hole-in-One Challenge, plus Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and a "Beat the Pro" contest along with other optional games.
  • Live Scoring: Participants can track their standing in real-time throughout the day.

Evening Festivities & Silent Auction

For those who prefer to skip the fairway, the After Party and Awards Banquet Dinner begins in the evening. The night will feature a cash bar and an impressive lineup of silent auction items and gift basket raffles, including a brand-new Bosch dishwasher and luxury Bradford Portraits packages (complete with an overnight stay).

Stay and Play

Travelers and locals alike can turn the event into a getaway at The Inn at LBI National, a luxury boutique hotel located on-site. The Inn is offering a preferred rate for this outing of $129/night. Reservations can be made directly by calling (609) 857-5656.

With limited spots available, you are encourgaed to do early registration to secure a place in the field. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for local businesses looking to support LBI’s historical preservation efforts.
