Charles R. 'Rick' Glascock Of Manahawkin Dies At 73
Services for former Long Beach Township police sergeant, to be held on Friday.

Charles R. “Rick” Glascock, 73, of Manahawkin, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015.
He was born in Memphis, TN. He lived in West Creek, prior to moving to Manahawkin, where he resided for the last 6 years. Charles served as a sergeant for the Long Beach Township Police Department. After retirement, he worked for Prudential Insurance as an insurance salesman.

He proudly served his country stateside during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was also a firefighter, serving in the Barnegat Light Fire Company and a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Church, Brant Beach.
Charles is predeceased by his sister Joan Skaggs. He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine “Cassie” Montgomery Glascock; his son, Richard Glascock and his wife Jennifer of Waretown; his grandson, Ricky Glascock, and his many countless loving family and friends.
A Memorial Gathering will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 13, 2015 until his Mass of Christian Burial Celebration at 11:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Long Beach Blvd., Brant Beach.
