Committee Bids Farewell to Cirulli, Melchiondo

Both welcome new committee members.

Committeeman Len Morano last night presented a plaque to outgoing Mayor Al Cirulli and Commiteeman Jeffrey Melchiondo at the regular Township Committee meeting last night.

"I and the rest of the committee just want to thank them both for their years of service," Morano said.

Cirulli and Melchiondo both thanked the committee, and others in the township for working with them over the years, and wished luck to the new committee members that will take office in January.

"I want to say congratulations to Ms. Conway and Ms. Taylor, and wish them the best. I am certain they want the best for Barnegat, just as we all do," Melchiondo said.

Cirulli echoed those sentiments, adding, "I just want to thank everyone for their support over the years."
