STAFFORD, NJ — Here's a "moo-d" lifter for the morning. You can't make this stuff up, as Stafford police said, after one of their officers responded to a unique call — a cow on the loose on Hilliard Avenue.

"She's busy assaulting a mailbox," the officer said as his bodycam captured the cow scratching its head and licking a mailbox that then fell over.

"Moo cow!" The officer was heard shouting and laughing as the young animal wandered away.
