Donald J. 'Duck' Speer Jr. Of Barnegat Dies At 57

Donald J. “Duck” Speer Jr., 57, of Barnegat, passed away Friday May 22, 2015 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital inNew Brunswick.

He worked for Danella Construction as a heavy equipment operator and doing directional boring. He also was a member of the Teamsters Local 676. Donald loved woodworking, building boats, cooking and working on cars. He was a homebody who took pride in his home and his pool. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Donald is predeceased by his parents, Donald Sr. and Marianne Speer. He is survived by his siblings, Mark of Bayville, Shirley Daniewicz and her husband Ronald of Keyport, and Sharon Hudson of Keyport; five nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.
