Five Below Store Set To Open In Stafford Park By Mid-Year

Store caters to pre-teens. teens and their parents.

A new Five Below store is coming to the Stafford Park Shopping Center and is slated to be completed by mid-2016.

Store partners have signed a 10-year lease for 8,176 square-feet with the Walters Group, which built the shopping center in 2008, said Ed Walters, Jr., the president and founder of the group.

“We are excited that Five Below has chosen Stafford Park for its new location,” Walters said. “The new store will complement our existing tenant mix as well as create additional jobs in Stafford Township.”

Five Below will cater to pre-teens, teens and their parents. The store carries a wide assortment of products divided into eight in-sore worlds that include Style, Room, Sports, Tech, Crafts, Party, Candy and Now, according to a company release.

Stafford Park Shopping Center is comprised of approximately 400,000 square feet of existing retail space, including anchor tenants Costco and Target. Other tenants at Stafford Park include PetSmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Olive Garden, AT&T, The Vitamin Shoppe and Ulta Beauty.
