- On Saturday, Feb. 4, join Ocean County College professor Marc LaBella for a discussion about the history and ecology of Barnegat Bay at the next at the LBI Foundation of the Arts and Sciences in Loveladies. The discussion starts at 11 a.m., and will touch on the discovery of the bay, the founding of industry and the bay's ecological impact and importance.
