Four File To Run For Two Seats On Barnegat Township Committee

The two Republicans and two Democrats running for the two, three-year seats on the Township Committee can sit the June primary election out.

None of the four have any challengers for their respective parties’ nominations, according to the Barnegat Township Clerk’s office.

Incumbent Republican Susan McCabe - who switched parties recently - and Frank Caputo have filed.

Democratic incumbent Elaine Taylor and Carrie Diona have filed for the Democratic slots.
