The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey welcomes its South Jersey grant recipients to Horizon Connect to celebrate ten years of philanthropy

Reception at The Horizon Connect Retail Center in Moorestown celebrates The Horizon Foundation's tenth anniversary

(Moorestown, NJ – August 21, 2014) - Dozens of representatives from South Jersey non-profit organizations funded by The Horizon Foundation for New Jersey, community-based and business organizations, and public officials from throughout the region gathered for a recent reception at The Horizon Connect Retail Center in Moorestown. The attendees helped celebrate the tenth anniversary of The Horizon Foundation, which is the philanthropic arm of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Since 2004, the Foundation has awarded over 1,000 grants, in support of health and arts projects, to non-profit organizations throughout New Jersey, totaling nearly $36 million.
