Jennifer C. DeWorth, Lifelong Barnegat Resident, Dies At 26

Jennifer C. DeWorth, 26, a lifelong resident of Barnegat, passed away on Monday December 7, 2015. Jennifer was a 2007 graduate of Southern Regional High School, Manahawkin.

She was predeceased by her mother Liza Mezzanotte in 2009, father Robert DeWorth in 2013, her sister April DeWorth in 2011 and her maternal grandfather William Mezzanotte.

Jennifer is survived by her sister Jessica DeWorth of Waretown, paternal grandparents Gordon and Audrey DeWorth, maternal grandmother and step-grandfather Gail and William Tansley and niece Jennifer Bott. She is also survived by her aunt Dana DeWorth and uncles Troy Mezzanotte and Greg Mezzanotte and his wife Doreen.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015 at the Bugbee-Riggs Funeral Home, 335 South Main Street (aka Rt. 9), Barnegat, NJ 08005. In lieu of flowers the family has requested contributions to the Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation, 555 Route 1 South, Suite 320, Iselin, NJ 08830 in Jennifer’s memory.
