John W. 'Jack' Keller, Former Longtime Owner of Manahawkin Car Dealership, Dies At 78

John W. "Jack" Keller Jr., age 78, of Bayville died on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin.
Born in Kearny, he was a 1955 Graduate of Belleville High School. He previously lived in Lanoka Harbor and had lived in Bayville since 1990.

Jack joined the US Marines the day after graduating from high school and served from 1955-1963. For over 40 years he owned Manahawkin Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep of Stafford Township. Jack was a member of Copestone-Ophir Masonic Lodge # 108, Kearny, a Range Marshall for the VFW and a member of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) since 1962.
Jack was predeceased by his parents John W. Keller Sr. and Anna Marie (nee Hartman). Surviving are his two daughters Jan Riordan and Jill Keller, four grandchildren Sara Riordan, Dan Riordan, Cassidy Ratzman and Deanna Ratzman, his brother James Walter Keller and the love of his life Kathleen (nee Cartwright) Ullery whom he shared the past 26 years with.

A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday June 29, 2016 at Riggs Funeral Home, 130 North Main Street, in Forked River. Interment will be on Thursday and be private. Jack's family requests either flowers or a contribution to VFW Post #10118, 2652 West Lacey Road Forked River, NJ 08731 in his memory.
