Ken loved to fish and regularly hit the bay and ocean around Long Beach Island. He was a long-time stamp collector and enjoyed reading, especially history and historical novels. Ken was also a “jack of all trades”- electrician, plumber, carpenter, mason- who could build or fix most anything with his “Ken-do” attitude. He frequently volunteered these skills at the Surf City Yacht Club, where he was also a third-generation Commodore and at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Naples. He was also a Master Mason with the Freemasons and a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.
