Learn More About The Affordable Care Act At Stafford Library Tuesday

Members of the The Family Resource Network will be at the Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday to help residents complete health insurance applications for Medicare, Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act.

Please call 800-355-0271 to arrange an appointment. Drop-ins will be assisted as time allows. Assistance is provided in both English and Spanish.

Please bring the following documents with you: home/mailing address, employer and income information (tax information, W-2s, paystubs), your best estimate of 2016 income, social security number or proof of lawful residency and policy information of any current health coverage.
