Linda M. Potishnak Of Barnegat Dies At 64

Linda M. Potishnak, 64, of Barnegat, passed Sunday, Aug. 9, 2015.

She resided in Barnegat most of her life, where she raised her family. She was employed by the Board of Education, and worked in the Special Education department. Linda was passionate about helping her students transition into the work environment of their chosen career path.

Surviving is her beloved husband of 41 years, Kenneth C. Potishnak; two loving children and their spouses, Kenneth C. Jr. and Jennifer Potishnak, and Amanda Kelly and James Julich; two cherished grandchildren, Samantha Potishnak and Hunter Julich; two devoted brothers, Thomas and William MacDonald; a devoted sister, Barbara Brunatti.

A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday Aug. 12, with a Funeral Blessing to follow 9 p.m. at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
