Little Egg Harbor Police Seize 289 Bags Of Heroin; 2 Charged
One Little Egg Harbor man was charged with intent to distribute, police said.

LITTLE EGG HARBOR, NJ — Two men were charged after police found 289 bags of heroin in their home, according to Little Egg Harbor police. Officials executed a search warrant Friday at the home of John J. Egnatowicz and Todd C. Doughty III, police said.
Police also found several hundred dollars in cash at the home on 238 South Pulaski Blvd., authorities said.
Egnatowicz, 46, was charged with drug possession and intent to distribute. He was taken to the Ocean County Jail. He has also been charged with shoplifting, according to jail records. Details regarding the shoplifting charge were not immediately available.

Doughty was issues a summons for drug possession and released, police said. He is awaiting a future court date.
