Longtime Foe Of Spodofora Files Suit Against Mayor A Month Before Primary
Navy veteran who exposed mayor's 'stolen valor' claims says his job is in danger over what he calls Stafford police department's probe.
Mayor John Spodofora’s nemesis Earl Galloway has filed a lawsuit against him, Police Chief Joseph Giberson III and the township that claims that a police investigation of him has jeopardized his job and federal security clearance, according to app.com
Spodofora last year had asked the Stafford Township police department to investigate a phony Facebook page profile created by Galloway with an e-mail address in Spodofora’s name. Spodofora said he suspected Galloway was responsible right from the beginning.
