Man Had 513 Bags Of Heroin In Car: Little Egg Harbor Police
The Atlantic City man also had nine bags of crack and an undisclosed amount of marijuana, police said.
LITTLE EGG HARBOR, NJ — Authorities found a man Oct. 10 with over 500 bags of heroin in his vehicle, Little Egg Harbor police announced Tuesday. James E. Whitfield had 513 bags of heroin, nine bags of crack cocaine and an undisclosed amount of marijuana, police said.
A narcotics investigation resulted in police pulling Whitfield over on Scotch Plain Drive, authorities said. Whitfield, 28, of Atlantic City, was arrested and taken to the Little Egg Harbor Police Department, authorities said.
He was charged with two counts of drug possession and one count of drug possession with intent to distribute, police said.
